California continued to see high carbon prices following Pacific Gas & Electric’s entrance into the market last week, when prices jumped as high as $16.
This week saw less volume trading on the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) until contracts for 15,000 California carbon allowances (CCAs) cleared between $15-15.75.
