Biz’s interest in conservation sparked while visiting Cambodia in 2011. Not only was the conservation and renovation of Angkor Wat captivating, but the way trees naturally dominated the space intrigued her. This was the place Biz also decided to be a nurse, later graduating from Marian University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing and worked in ICU’s across the country as a travel nurse. These travels reinforced the conservation aspect of Biz’s life as she found a love for hiking, camping, and anything outdoors. Her father instilled a love for all things nature, including fishing, planting, and boating. When Biz was given the opportunity to leave nursing to do more for the outdoors, she took it, joining Green Assets in 2022. As the executive assistant, Biz focuses on schedule management, organization across the company, and providing support to the CEO and other staff.
