An early introduction to the outdoors through kayaking and rock climbing is where Bily’s interest in conservation began. He turned these passions into a career by applying data analysis and Geographic Information Science tools to environmental issues relating to his favorite activities.

Bily is a the Lead GIS & Data Analyst at Green Assets where he applies his knowledge of data science and Geographic Information Science (GIS) to help improve and streamline carbon quantification and accounting. Billy is new to the forest carbon industry, but through his honed data analytic techniques and a fresh perspective; he brings a unique view to quantification systems and analytical processes.
