Director of Implementation

Joining the Green Assets team in 2015, Kaitlyn leads the team through project planning, implementation, verification, and monitoring. She oversees the sequencing, scheduling, and resourcing of all project activities across the team.

Her work spans a wide range of forest carbon project types, with deep experience navigating project planning, qualitative documentation, protocol compliance, and long-term Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) requirements. She works closely with landowners and land managers to coordinate on-the-ground activities — from tracking harvest and mill ticket data to documenting forest health events — ensuring every project maintains rigorous, audit-ready documentation throughout its reporting periods.

She also brings a strong background in GIS and spatial modeling, and oversees the team's GIS, spatial analysis, and technology needs — identifying, evaluating, and implementing new tools and systems that help the team work more efficiently as the portfolio grows. Beyond project work, Kaitlyn plays a key role in building out Green Assets' organizational infrastructure and team, from process development and data management to hiring.
